Other terms

If a Player comes to the site via a promotion with an additional bonus (more than 100% deposit bonus, more than 20 Free Spins), this additional bonus is added to the first deposit according to the rules of the welcome bonus, separately from the welcome bonus. For example, if a promotion offers 50 Free Spins, a Player will receive 20 Free Spins as part of their welcome bonus, and 30 separate Free Spins. The game in which additional Free Spins can be used is chosen at the operator’s discretion.

There are restrictions on the maximum stake which can be placed when wagering a bonus. By default, the maximum stake is 10 EUR or equivalent in other currency, unless the conditions of a bonus state otherwise.

The maximum amount which can be withdrawn from any winnings gained using Free Spins is 10 EUR or equivalent in other currency, unless the conditions of a bonus state otherwise.

Winnings gained from any free spins must be wagered 30 times within 5 days of receiving them, unless the conditions of a bonus state otherwise.

All free spins must be activated in Player profiles. Free Spins can only be activated during 5 days. Once this period expires, they will be invalid.

No-deposit bonuses include free spins and bonuses on registration, quest level Free Spins, no-deposit bonuses by promo-codes. No-deposit bonus has a wagering requirement of x40, unless the conditions of the bonus state otherwise.

No-deposit bonuses are not available for countries: Democratic People's Republic of Korea, United Kingdom, USA and it’s territories.

The maximum amount for this bonus (after the wagering requirement has been met) is 20 EUR or equivalent in other currency unless the conditions of the bonus state otherwise.

The maximum amount which can be withdrawn for any winnings gained using the no-deposit bonus is 20 EUR or equivalent in other currency, unless the conditions of the bonus state otherwise.

To withdraw winnings gained using bonus funds, you must make a deposit using the payment method to be used to withdraw funds.

In this event:
if you gain winnings using deposit funds, they will be calculated accordingly to standard terms and conditions.

If your balance falls to either the value of your bonus funds or lower, then the amount of your winnings will be determined in accordance with rule 8, which stipulates the maximum withdrawal amount.

Although our bonuses are available to all of our Players, restrictions in a Player’s country of residence may mean that bonuses are unavailable to them. No bonuses are available to Players from Sweden.

Bonus abuse by Players is not permitted. The following bonus rates (i.e. the ratio of deposits made using bonus funds to those placed using normal funds) shall be deemed as abuse: 70% if a player has made between 5 and 9 deposits and 50% if a player has made 10 or more deposits. In the event of such abuse, the Company reserves the right to prohibit Players from receiving any bonuses and cancel any winnings obtained using bonus funds both during and after wagering. If a player has a bonus rate of 85% if they’ve placed between 5 and 9 deposits or 70% if they’ve placed 10 or more deposits, they won’t be able to receive and/or activate bonuses and/or free spins which are offered as part of the relevant promotion or offers.

Players are strictly forbidden from employing any strategies when using active bonuses to fulfill wagering requirements. If a Player is found to have employed such strategies, or the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has been using a bonus solely for financial gain, the Company reserves the right to revoke the winnings of such Players. Such strategies include, but are not limited to, these:

delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements

leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed

playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play

using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.

When a deposit bonus is attached, all funds are locked under the wagering requirement. For the cash balance to be unlocked and become cashable, the wagering requirement needs to be met.

While playing with a deposit bonus attached, the deposit funds are used first, then the bonus funds. All winnings derived from play with an attached bonus are considered bonus funds and fall under the bonus’ wagering requirement. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

Only one bonus can be activated at any one time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

It is strictly prohibited to delay any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement. What is more, making new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is forbidden.

Players have the right to refuse to receive any bonuses from the Company.

All withdrawal requests for winnings acquired using bonus funds will be reviewed before they are approved. Depending on the results of this procedure, the Company reserves the right to ask Players to confirm both their personal and payment details.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any bonuses or winnings, as well as to confiscate any funds left on a Player’s account if these funds have been obtained unfairly or by breaking these rules.

All of our bonus offers are permited to one bonus per person, family, home address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number, credit or debit card, e-wallet number, payment system account, electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) only.

Any winnings gained from using bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses: minimum deposit requirement, maximum bonus value, wagering requirements, maximum stake when wagering, and bonus per time, unless stated otherwise (for further information, please see the description of each individual bonus).

Bonuses are automatically canceled upon active balance reaching the amount of 0,5 EUR or equivalent in other currency. This term only applies to balance tied to a bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus, or a bonus only (in case of a no deposit bonus), and doesn't apply to funds on player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.
